Perhaps if you were to truly listen to creation...with a deep and open heart...you'd hear its precious inhabitants whispering........"let's make sushi out of unkle philllllllllll"

I love Moose! My sister and her family live in Alaska (Homer) and they eat road-kill. Her moose stew is great! I guess I should explain. There is a list of interested parties to call if an animal is hurt/killed on the road(there are many of them). You are required to call if you run into an animal. The road-kill mongers - well, not mongers, it's free - call the next group on the list, and if you can pick it up immediately, you get it. btw Moose is very lean - so was the bear, come to think of it. You should hear what we ate when she was a missionary in Mexico . . . another time, perhaps.

One certainly doesn't have to be a missionary to eat "unconventional" meat in Mexico; just visit any street vendor's taco stand. Bet you can't tell me with any degree of certainty what's in that burrito! Sure do taste mighty fine, though...
